problem with stuttering TV (1 Viewer)

Hi,

as I posted before my TV is stuttering sometimes:
1. Detail of my config:

Server:
TVEngine Rev. 15792
TV-Card: Hauppauge Nova HD-S2 (brand-new)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2x3GHz
RAM: 2GB
LAN: GBit

Client1 (Notebook): // should be working with H.264
TVEngine Client: Rev. 15792
MP RC2
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz
GraKa: ATI X1300
RAM: 2GB
LAN: WLAN (54MBit)

Client2 (Thin-PC):
TVEngine Client: Rev. 15792
MP RC2
CPU: Intel Pentium M (2GHz) // maybe possible with H.264
GraKa: nVidia Geforce 7xx
RAM: 1GB
LAN: GBit

Client3 (PC): // H.264 should be no problem!
TVEngine Client: Rev. 15792
MP RC2
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850
GraKa: nVidia Geforce 8800GTX
RAM: 4GB
LAN: GBit

SAT-Details:
- Quality 98%
- Strength: 100%

Now to my Problem:
When I watch normal SDTV there a just sometimes a few stutterings, especially on Client1.
These stutterings become more heavy by zapping around. Sometimes the TV stops playing, but the stream is still running.
When I try to watch HDTV the picture stutters all the time and the CPU is (on Client1: around 68%), (on Client1: around 53%).

Is there any way to resolve this problem??
Is it usefull to use this new filter (useTsReader.txt ... https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/help_us_testing_new_filter-t24998.html)

I can't believe that I am the only preson with this problem!?
