Problems viewing my music (1 Viewer)

I have all my music stored on a local server (standard windows shares), everything works great except when I am browsing for music, if i press down on the remote it moves as you would expect, if I press up on the remote then it automatically takes me to the very last album in the my music directory

its not the end of the world but is very annoying

I did a search and couldnt find any results but also wasnt sure what to search for, im using RC1, is this a known problem, should I move to a nightly build???
