Hey everyone, I created a bug on the Google site (#847), but I wanted to post this here to see if anyone else has this issue. Basically, every so often I'll start a movie and it won't play. Can't really reproduce the steps since it's so random. However, once that occurs, NO dialog boxes appear throughput all of MediaPortal. That means I can't watch/tape tv shows, can't resume movies that have already been started, etc... I thought this was a MP bug and submitted a bug report but arion_p (MP dev) pointed out that this was a plugin issue. So I went ahead disabling plugins one by one and narrowed the issue down to Moving Pictures. With it disabled, everything works fine, but once I re-enable it, the problem surfaces again. Has anyone else had similar issues? If so, please star the issue on the Google bug tracker for Moving Pictures. This is very frustrating becuase my entire family uses MP to watch tv/dvr their shows and when this error crops up they can no longer do so and wind up missing out on their programs. For me it's ok since I know how to temporarily alleviate the issue (by regretably disabling my favorite plugin...), but for my parents and sisters it's beyond their level. Hoping someone can help out with this.
