Never mind :-/ ill try to format c: and start over.. I think the problem might have to do with the fact that i am running winxp MCE 
Seems to interfeer with MP when using floppydtv.. so ill install winxp and setup MP agian

Some MP2 installers contain three TV Servers:
TVE3
TVE3.5
TvMosaic
If the installer that you used offers you the choice of these three TV Servers, select TVE3. If you selected TVE3.5, run the installer again and select TVE3.
