I've spent most of today trying to get the Tvserver working.
I've had various probs, been through the wiki, video tuts and on IRC and still unable to get the software to work correctly.
Main prob I'm unable to resolve is that the Tvservice constanly has probs.
I've added a batch file, played with recovery settings, reinstalled all MP softs and SQL server and still the service will shutdown all the time.
I'll do things like start it up and go directly to MP or the Tvserver setup and the server wll be disconnected by the time I'm in with an error.
I've tried both MSSQL and MYSQL.
I just cannot keep the service connected.
I also had lost of probs with scanning transponders, I've never got to the end of the list.
I've got up to 70 something tps at the most and then it will never get to done on on of the tps and I have to exit.
I've had it stop on 2 at the earliest and sometimes I just get no signal or another error.

Basically the connection to the card seems very temprementak, sometimes I scan and get no signal on all tps and other stuff which makes me assume the conenction is down but then I'll load the TT soft e.t.c and the card will be working fine.
Also on the few times I've actually managed to get into my tv with channels mapped without tv service probs I've had two probs.
At first nothing would show and the program would totally hang leaving me with no option but to hard reset, then I asked around on IRC and was pointed to a Windows dvb update, right after installing I was able one time to connect to mapped channels including encrypted ones with no probs.
I figured the problem with hanging had been fixed but since then I've still had probs with tvservice still , tried reinstalling everything after various attempt to view channels and when I have got into MyTV it still hangs when selecting a channel.
I'm tired and frustrated, not really sure if all this info is 100% accurate as I've tried so many things.
Really a multitude of probs I'm having.
Gotta get some sleep, try again tommorow any ideas would be well appreciated.
