Proccess plugin & Window Plugin (1 Viewer)

I have sample Window Plugin but i not need display plugin name in Home menu. So i create Porcess plugin and copy functional to start method. In my plugin I show some window but i remove dll-file from plugins/windows and in GUIWindowManager they dont load. How i can load some window from dll wich exist in plugin/process?
