Ive noticed that for some reason the new cvs builds wont let me ADD my PVR-250MCE. The card is detected properly (based on log below) but cannot be added. Perhaps a bug introduced when removing SW tv card support code???.
To make sure, I downloaded MP RC0.2 build and installed it. Card detected and added properly without problems. As soon as I compile and install latest CVS build I get the following error when clicking "Add Card:"

I figured it could a problem with with latest CaptureCardDefinitions.xml so I overwrote the CVS one with the one from RC0.2 but the problem still persists.
Here is relevant portion of the log: This portion is generated as soon I click the "Add card" right until I quit configuration.exe. (NO Errors are detected)
