PVR150 Inable to create graph (1 Viewer)

I have change my graphic card (i installed Ati Radeon HD2600XT instead of Ati X1300), and the analog tv card (Hauppauge PVR 150 MCE) dont work. In mediaportal setup, when add tv card appears "unable to create graph".
Before change graphic card the analog tv card worked well.
I post log file. I need your help. thanks.

    Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the Hauppauge drivers?
    As you are aware of, the PVR-150 should work flawlessly with TVE2 and TVE3

    Maybe you need to re-install latest DirectX, seems like something doesn't work correct there.

    If it is throwing out DX9 errors may well be your graphics driver has screwed things up.

    Try driver cleaner pro (freeware), follow there instructions.

    Also i take it you are using hcwclear to repair your hauppauge install, make sure you have rebooted after using, so it clears everything from memory, then reinstall.
