Quality settings for CyberLink encoder (1 Viewer)

I'm using CyberLink encoder for the analog (S/W) part of my ASUS MyCinema P7131 dual. The application MyCinema that shipped with the card lets me change quality settings between "good", "better" and "best" (or something like this) and this settings is then used when recording through MediaPortal. I would however like to set the quality lower than MyCinemas "good" setting since it's producing 4 GB/hour files and is too much processor-demanding for my taste.

Is there anyone out there that have any tips on how to change the settings for the encoder or knows some other PVR-program (other than the ones shipped with the card) that may be able to set lower quality settings?
