Question on File naming (1 Viewer)

Right now I am using the newest version of Mediaportal and the StreamedMP skin

On my TV Shows some are 2 episodes in 1. I am wondering what is the correct way to name these to make it show up better in mediaportal.

For example if battlestar galactica has episode 20 and 21 in 1 file I name it Battlestar.Galactica.S03E20 and then episode 20 just plays for 2 hours. But say if there is an episode 22 it just appears that I am missing an episode.

Is there anyway to name it that MP will recognize that it is 2 episodes?

Oh one I just noticed pinky and the brain is usually in a 25 min file but there are 2 episodes per file so in my TV show list it goes episode 1 3 5 7 etc etc...
