Radio scheduler and recorder (1 Viewer)

Is anyone working on a plug-in or something to be able to schedule and record from FM tuners and Internet streaming audio? I am talking about functionality that can be found in the Applian's Replay AV 8 program. It can record streaming audio from the Internet, XM Radio, FM tuners, etc. That would be a great addition to MediaPortal.
