Hi everyone,
I am desperate. I am no good in programming but I have some ideas for a video installation (school art project at the moment). I was trying to use Videolan and get some help from their forum but there was no answer in 2 weeks... so here I am. This is what I am trying to do: for an art installation project here at school I would like to use VLC on Windows Xp to play random parts o various videos (few seconds from a list of 50 videos) with random starting point (not always the beginning of the video). There is no problem for the type of player but I would like it to run under Xp. It has been done on a MAC using VLC as described in here:
osx - Playback Random Section from Multiple Videos Changing Every 5 Minutes - Super User
Is there a way to do it with Mediaportal?
Is there anyone willing to help me?
Thank You.
