Support navigation for .ratDVD files

Description:
It will be nice feature if MP support normal DVD navigation for compressed .ratDVD files. Actually you can navigate this files with WMP, MPC (old versions) and KMPlayer for example.
I am using My programs Alt to launch .ratDVD files with KMPlayer, but if MP support this files by default will be awesome.

RatDVD is Dead, it is no longer a supported format.

I know ratDVD is Dead but there are a lot of movies available in that format. It will be easy and useful if MP support this old but spread format.

I do not know of any plugins that have been written for this filetype since the original authors, so the chances of someone doing this are very remote.

Was a good format though, just times\HDD sizes have moved on
