[no Bug] RC1/RC2 - IMON VFD doesn't Work anymore (1 Viewer)

On changing from 1.0.2 to RC1 and then to RC2 i recognize that my IMON VFD doesn't work with Media Portal.
The only thing i see on my Front View is "Auto Mode" for a second after Media Portal is started.
I also remember that there was a bug fixed around 1.0.0 to 1.0.2 to prevent that the IMON icon on the Systray is shown more than once, but this happens again after exit Media Portal.
The IMON Version is 7.85.0222

Things if done to reproduce

• 
  Disable all 3rt Party Plugis
  Set the Blue two wide Skin
  Clean the log files ( i hope this was right)
  Set extensive logging in Mini Display Plugin
  Start MP in debug Mode
  Jump around in Basic home screen - no reaction on the VFD
  Start My Tv - no reaction on the VFD
  Stop My Tv - no reaction on the VFD
  end Media Portal

I manualy include the Configuration Log

  Start Configuration
  Go to Plugins
  Go to Mini Display Plugin
  Press Test Display - "Auto Mode is shown for a second on VFD"
  End Mini Display
  End Configuration

i can confirm this :-( the prolem is the imon verison. with older versions it works .

Running XP with an old iMon driver and VFD is working fine.

I am assuming you have not updated your iMon driver from RC1 to RC2 and it was working under RC1?

Could you try and install an older iMon driver and see if it works for you then?

Im not updating my iMon Driver from 1.0.2 to RC1 and it was working under 1.0.2

I can try to downgrade if i found an Older Version, i hope the keymap Files work with the older versions

So are you running RC1 or RC2? If RC2 was the VFD working under RC1?

i was running RC2
it work under 1.0.2
it dosen't work under RC1 and it dosen't work under RC2 too

in the german forum the people says that imon 7.77 works, with 7.80 and above mini display is broken. wich version do u use? i'm running imon 7.77 and rc2 and ist works

Im running 7.85 at the moment, i will test the 7.77 on the Weekend maybe earlier when i have a bit time for testing.

The VFD works again with Version IMON Version 7.77

You need to install 7.60 version of the software.

Later versions will NOT work because they completelly changed the VFD handling.
Sadly they seem not interested to get their producs more supported in MP because we do not get any infos from them.

The software version requirement will be made visible in MP configuration of RC3.
