I also have this problem with my multiseat setup and 1.1.0 final.

I'm trying to figure out the UNC path workaround and there is one thing I don't quite understand:

I have two floppydtv-dvbc cards in my dedicated tv server and each card is mapped to two different timeshift folders on two different drives. Do this workaround require a shared timeshift-folder shared as \\TVSERVER\Timeshift (for example)?

You have to use one timeshift folder for all cards with this workaround

Thanks, this workaround seems to make TV very stable on my Win7/ATI computer in the home theatre with wired GB network. The XP/Nvidia system in the livingroom not so much. Got heavy stutter on HD-channels. I guess this is because I have to use devolo homeplug for that computer. Does this workaround require more bandwidth?

Since it seems only few of us get this problem, are there any combinations of OS, codecs or graphics cards that trigger this bug, or are some people just unlucky?

XP use SMB netwoking while win vista and 7 use SMB2 which is more suitable for that workaround. So imho in this case your issue related to XP
