Really Slow TV channel change in 1.1.0 RC1 (2 Viewers)

    I've a really slow tv channel change on RC1 around 20 secs. Never before with 1.1 betas plus SVN.

    The problem seems to be related with my NOD32 Anti-virus... Disabling it, solved the problem.


    Don't really know why!!!

    I have same problem , confirm that its nod32 .

    But it is not solution. I need any protection. What else ?

    Try to make an exclusion list in NOD of,
    c:\programdata\team mediaportal and c:\program files\team mediaportal


    Seem to solve the problem

    I tend to not even bother installing firewall or anti virus on a HTPC.

    Performance is more critical than system security imho.

    Even adding some folders to the blacklist will not always do the trick.
    Performance issues can still occur.
    I installed MP /win7 on an older adm64 2000mhz 4gb rig.
    On resume it was really slow. It was the antivirus downloading and self updating.
    It lasted for several mins.

    Alt-f4, uninstalled avg..
