Hi,
For about two weeks now I have been battling with what I originally assumed were hardware errors with my HTPC following a power supply failure, allied to an increase in ariel distribution around the house (performed by a qualified engineer with a masthead amp, etc). I called the engineer back in suspecting there maybe wasn't enough signal anymore - he checked every ariel lead with a meter and pronounced them all fine. The box has been sitting wide open on the front room floor while I swapped components, reinstalled MP, etc. Tonight I have discovered that with the Pinnacle 3010i dual tuner in the box, it will still only record on one tuner
This is reminiscent of the XP issue that required the DVBfix. Anyone else experienced this, or know of any recent updates that might have caused these issues? I haven't posted any logs because a) I'm not convinced it's a hardware or MP issue and b) I'm pretty knackered at the moment. I will follow up with these if necessary, but I'm hoping someone will say 'yeah there's an issue and here's the fix'... pretty please?
TIA
Julian
