Record New Shows Only [howto?] (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to setup a recording which will record only shows in a series which are *new*. Guide data provides when it's the first time something has aired.... and I'd really like this feature as I'm sure anybody else who watches a series (eg. House, Greys Anatomy, etc)

AFAIK, you would need to use For The Record.
