From my experience the MP radio feature has some very weak points, that truly need to be improved:
1) Recording of stations that do not deliver EPG
Many radio stations do not deliver EPG info. Therefore recording this stations is a hazzle in MP. You have to go to the radio program menu (although there isnt any "program" because of the lack of EPG) and then "scedule" the desired channel for recording. This makes the recording start. To make recording stop you have do deselect the channel from schedule in the program menu.
So why not just start/stop the recording for non-EPG channels by just pressing [R] when listening - as usual with the TV function. Also a function to schedule a recording by clock would be desireable - as mentioned by another user before...
2) Playback of radio recordings
This is a general lack of the MP Audio Player: Other than in the video player, you can not jump forward/back by using the arrow keys (left/right for incremetal jumps, up/down for 10% jumps).
So when listening to longer records (e.g. live concerts or opera music) one would have to use the ffd/rwd function to find the desired passage - try that with a 3 or 4 hour opera and you will know what I mean... This tends to be unusable.
