I'm having some problems trying to find some programmes that I have recorded in the windows directory. I know the programmes should be present as they are showing up in Recorded TV and are playable. However, when I go to the directory that I've recorded them to I can't find them (have also tried viewing hidden files and they are still not there).

Any ideas where to look?

Two different issues I'm afraid hence the two separate posts.

    Will attach logs shortly. Thanks

I think I've found the answer here but might need some help working out how to fix it!

It appears that some recorded items were being stored in the user files recordings folder on the C drive (where MediaPortal is stored) despite asking it to record to the E drive.

Any ideas why this might be - MediaPortal config points to asking recordings to go to the E drive?

I've got the Win Nova T 500 (dual recordings allowed) - not sure if that has anything to do with it.

    Any ideas?

    Don't worry - all fixed.

Hadn't setup the recording box on config correctly - had only pointed one of the tuners to E drive!!

    Doh!
