Please have this kind of problem:
I record 4 hours daily on 2 channels simultaneously.
1 understood that recording is effettaua regularly while the duration of the second is about 1 ½ hours.
Why?

As there is a new version of MP coming soon, this could already be fixed.

So I would say wait and try that and hopefully all things should work, if not we always need logs, see here Forum - MediaPortal Manual Documentation
