Recording Quality Control has no affect (1 Viewer)

    No matter how I set Quality Control, mpg recording remains in a very high bit rate of about 2 gigabytes per hour.
    (I use only Hauppauge 150 MCE. The ATI card in my system is currently not in use.)

    After looking into it again, it is not totaly ignored. The customized settings are ignored. I think that maybe the names of the quality presets are mixed up, and that makes it look like it is not working at all. I'll do some more tests.
