There are a number of plugins that require re-installing every time MP is updated, because their additions to the language files are wiped out by MP installing a new default language file overtop.
Ideally plugin installers should be responsible for creating their own subdir in the language folder, & storing the plugin's language extensions in there. Then when MP loads, it should load the main language file, along with appending the contents of any extensions stored in subdirectories.
I'm assuming this would solve the problem, since the MP installer shouldn't touch the folders/files created by the plugins. Any chance of getting things to work something like this?
