one question i hope someone can answer:
Just reformated my HD, and took a backup of the whole mediaportal folder.
Wich file/files do i copy over/replace to keep the episodes i have watched still are highlighted.

The important files

Database Folder

Thumbs Folder

Channellist xml (hopefully at some time you have backed that up)

Mediaportal xml

That should take all the main bits back, to how they were previous to uninstall.

Then if you Have a customised remote, InputDeviceMappings Folder

If you use WebEPG or XMLTV, copy those folders over as well.

Any other skins and plugins that you had previously and want to keep and are current with your setup, you can copy those folders as well.

Some people just copy the whole Folder.

The problems arises when you ADD bits to MP, like skins and plugins, that may not work with a different version.

status of offline file support

On january we were discussing about possibility to have support for offline files that could be included in database and correct dvd would be asked when such episode is selected.

Haven't been here for a while...So was this implemented in latest releases?
