I've been looking at a way to automatically control powerstrip, reclock or other refresh rate controllers through mediaportal... is there any way or maybe a plugin for this?

Film based material (blu-rays and dvds) I want to playback at 23.976 hz or a multiple of that for example 71.928 hz.

Video based material in 25 or 29.xx fps (like TV series not filmed with 24 fps) I want to playback at 50 or 59.xx hz.

How can I control this from inside media portal?
