Remote Control Mapping Media Portal to work with MediaLAB (1 Viewer)

Hello to all,

Very glad to have learnt about the Media Portal software, it's quite a treat =))

OK, I have purchased the Thermaltake MediaLAB A2331 it comes with a remote control... In the Media Portal configuration there are options... so far I've chosen the Microsoft MCE remote (not sure if I did the right thing), I'm confused how to assign the buttons of my remote (for example right now if I want to wind or rewind it stretches my screen)...

Is there anyone please that can comment or advise me on this issue?

I tweaked around in iMon got it working kinda but hey then another problem JUST HAD TO OCCUR;
Some simple commands like 'play button on remote' display on the MediaLab thing as 'undefined command'! I bought this thing to make life easier from holding CTRL + X on the keyboard but seems it's getting more complicated the more I mess with it.... ahhhh someone please help me

do a search on the forum for imon remote. Theres plenty of info on how to set it up.
