Remote Control - Toshiba model (1 Viewer)

I have the Toshiba MCE Control remote which was not fully supported.

I have added support for it, and added a preview picture when you click on each model.

The files should be extracted to the folders that follow the zip name, and resources inside Configuration.Resources should be added as embedded resources to the project.

The Configuration.Wizzard should be added as content, to its respective folder.

The Toshiba X10.xml should go in MediaPortal.Base\InputDeviceMappings\defaults directory.

Let me know if you have any problem merging my changes.

I'm sorry, but i'm a bit stuck on how to add this plugin to my setup.
Any quick hints for me? I guess I have to compile the files in any kind of way
besides of just copy them into the folder?

This is not a plugin, you'll have to direct recompile and add these files to the main code as explained above (on each directory).
