Hi
I have been looking and have been unable to find a simple explanation of mapping buttons on a generic MCE remote. It is a Speed - MCR 1049. The direction button and volume buttons work but Stop, Pause, Play Forward, Rewind, My TV, Movies and the other category buttons don't work. I have tried changing the different actions etc but can't get any working.
I have seen the thread about the generic remotes but because i don't understand the mapping it doesn't mean much to me.
Can someone please give me the basic steps (so i don't stuff it up) for mapping one of the keys.
I will probably kick myself when i know how. It can't be that hard.
Thanks heaps in advance
