remote not working (fujitsu siemens scaleo x) (1 Viewer)

It might be that the replacement driver I used (the installation worked) is not the good one. I used MCE Replacement Driver... I tried any key from the remote and signal to the usb IR reciever is working, but nothing with media portal. In fact I've been looking for a long time a driver for this usb "BB dongle" that came with my fujitsu siemens scaleo-x computer, but it appeared that it only works with vista with media center installed, that's why I tried this replacement driver.. Is it that I installed the wong driver even installation succeded?
Is it that I can't find a solution as long I do'nt have Windows vista or XP media edition?
