Ongoing Remote software (1 Viewer)

Anyone know of any software that i can use to control different programs with my hauppauge remote? I have tried girder, i cant figure out how to add custom apps in the latest version. I would prefer something free, but if i have to purchase that would be alright.

Try IR Server Suite. I can navigate Explorer with it. Included in it, is Translator where you can assign different programs to any key.
