Removal of Scrolling Text (1 Viewer)

On the main menu screen how does one remove the scrolling text at the bottom of the screen?

i beleive it show the version and other information...

Its just running slow because of my PC spec, and would like to remove it...

Plus, can other items be remove such as Time (Left hand corner) and the Weather (Top Right Corner)

Without knowing which skin and and plugins you use it's quite hard to give you an answer.

im using the latestest skin, with red cinema seats... plus im using moving picture plugin...

Try disabling the info plugin, cannot remember its full name off hand.
