I edit the information of my series manually because it has the thetvdb information in my language, except that every time I add a new series in my database it updates everything started to all English again until I had published in my language, is to make it seeks only the information that is missing without moving the database already exists?

You should add the information in your language (I assume portoguese) on thetvdb.com, then it'll stick. Also other users benefit too
