In the upcoming 1.1.0 RC3 release we made a few small changes to MediaPortal and the WatchDog, which will make bugreporting a lot easier for everyone.

Btw. I know that the only thing everyone is interested in is the release date of RC3.
I can only say that much. Internal testing of potential release builds have already begun.

It was a good idea to make creation of logfiles easier, cause now EVERYBODY can easily create one

This is a very smart move I think. The less time spent on cleaning up threads in the forum, the more time spent on important bug fixing.

Hopefully this now resolves my 2 pet hates

First is people posting just a snippet of log files directly to a thread, I just will not read that.

Second is peoples inability to take the "please disable plugins and use Blue3\wide to test", seriously thinking there can never be a problem not relating to MP core, primarily this makes reading mediaportal log a nightmare let alone trying to figure out the specific cause of their issue.
