Request for a RTE(Irish tv website) player plugin (1 Viewer)

I hope this is in the right place. Sorry if not.
Someone made a plugin for XBMC: xbmc-vodie - XBMC Plugin for browsing and watching RTE Player streams, TV3 streams and TG4 streams (Ireland only), An Lár TV and Magnet WebTV - Google Project Hosting

I wonder would it be possible to do for mediaportal?
It uses RTMPE Streams like the bbc player: [REQUEST] RTE Player plugin or script (Ireland's version of BBC iPlayer)? - XBMC Community Forum

I would be so grateful if someone could make this.
