In the windows application/system log, I can't find anything useful.

Is there anything I can do/check?
Any help appreciated!

I'm not sure, but this could be possible. I've updated bios just 2 weeks ago. Settings seemed ok, but I'll check deeper this evening at home.
Thanks for the tip!

I'll checked and there is nothing to do with that problem in the bios.

I have uninstalled mediacenter and I have no scheduled task.

This will be something else waking machine have a read through
Missing Remote
and the various guides linked to that. powercfg can really help identify what is waking the machine
Very interesting! I'll check this evening at home :)

If you follow "jameson_uk" link, you can find a clear explaination:Missing Remote

To disable mcupdate, you have to open Task scheduler (type “Task Scheduler” from the start menu) and browse to “Microsoft\Windows\Media Center”:
    task.jpg

Double-click on mcupdate_scheduled to open the properties dialog, select the “Conditions” tab, uncheck “Wake the computer to run this task” and click “OK” to save the change:

    Thanks for your fast Answer.
I have find before the Entry in Windows Taskplaner.
I have disable it in the Programplaner and the Mediacenter does not Start in the Morning.
    Perfect

Your result to deactive the Up Date only after Stand By is better.
