    Hi all,

With Media Centre XP I used to be albe to just insert the CD and it would start playing, like MP.
Unlike MP it would automatically go of to the internet and grap the media info
Unlike MP it also had a option to copy it on the left hand menu.

Does MP have these functions?

Not directly but there are ways to solve this. You could for example create an account on Last.FM and use the LastFM plugin in MP to automatically retrieve cover and artist's pictures, which I find very convenient.

    Hi HTPC_Sourcer,

Thanks for the info, but its not really what I was after.

The CD Slayer plugin can be used to rip CD's to your hard drive from within MP.
