    Hi,

Just added the RSS link here as a test. While I can't understand a single character ;) , it does work here (altough I have to scroll through a few useless pages before getting the actual text)... :?

    Someting useful in the mediaportal.log?

    Kind regards,
    Michel

I use the RSS reader a lot for bbc news and theinquirer.net and theregister.net and really my only complaint is the guff info included before the news story but that is probably more to do with the feed than anything.

the link wont open in rss or web browser.

However, I have tried other vg rss feeds before, and not all of them work.

    Hi,
I use the feed from NRK & VG, they both have much rubbish before you get the news you want to read.

I guess we just have to live with it, or maybe a updatet version of RSS plugin after 0.2 final. :?

According to Wikipedia, Windows only uses code pages other than UTF-8 to support legacy (mostly 32 bit) applications and supports two code pages in addition to UTF-8 (OEM and ANSI). According to Microsoft, UTF-8 has been the preferred character set since 2019. If TV Server (or its import routine) were using UTF-8, then umlauts...
