Re: SAF v5.00 experimental (based on FFDShow DXVA decoder) Hi Hoborg, Great work on v5! I decided to do a clean (pretty much) install of the new MediaPortal on 7x64 Ultimate. After I installed the new application I setup SAF v5.00 and overall everything appears to be working great going out DIGITAL CO-AXIAL to my 5.1 Logitech speaker setup. However, there is one MKV file in particular, using DTS audio that doesn't play right. You hear sound but as best as I can describe it, the audio sounds extremely tinny and 'mechanical' (IE not right). The file plays fine in VLC. The media information for the audio track listed by VLC is: Codec: DTS Audio (dts) Language: Japanese Channels: 3F2R/LFE Sample Rate: 48000 Hz Bitrate: 1536 kb/s I have attached the SAF_LOGs.7z from the installation of SAF v5.00. Please let me know if there is any additional information/logs I can provide to clarify the issue. *Edit/Update* I'm also having issues opening any .ogm pretty much. On some ogm files the codecs MediaPortal lists as missing are XVID and MPEG Audio Version 1 or XVID and Vorbis or DX50 and Voribis. Does anyone else have .ogm files working with SAF v5.00? I didn't install ANY other codecs on the system except for SAF v5.00 so should I just assume I need ogg filters installed as they don't come with SAF v5.00?
