It's a fairly recent fresh install and I haven't even got an Antivirus of firewall installed so I don't understand what the problem is or why the batch files in C:\T are being created as owned by an unknown user and thus can't be executed. I've cross-checked the Services and the only one that was disabled that might be relevent was Credential Manager, but I've enabled that now and it hasn't helped.</p></blockquote><p></p>
