Sapphire Theatrix 550 pro (1 Viewer)

Hi apologies if this is answered elsewhere.

I have just installed a theatrix 550 pro used the lastest drivers and it doesn't work. media portal recognises the card and the channels seem to scan in correctly.

However in MY-TV in MP each channel shows a black screen.

Is this a common issue thanks in advance.

Hi,
Collect logs & attach it to post, you can find it in Start menu -> Progs -> Team MediaPortal etc & MediaPortal Logs Collector
