Schedule recording with no TV Guide (1 Viewer)

Hi wanted to know if anyone can get Media Portal to schedule recordings reliably when there is no EPG. I currently use PVR scheduler and have no problems at all while I have an EPG, however it will not work if there is no EPG.

This may sound like a silly question but My brother who has an identical setup up cannot get an accurate EPG where he lives and would like to be able to manually setup his scheduled recordings.

Yes...but you will have to make use of the "TvRecordings" plugin, which is installed seprerately.
