I am using TV Server 1.0.1.0 on Windows Home Server, which I know is not officially supported with multiseat Clients also running 1.0.1.0 on both Vista SP1 & XP SP3.
I have selected some programs to record through the Search function in the "Televison" menu screen. The recordings are set & at least two of them have appeared in red in the TV guide. (Didn't check the third as it was two days away. However, the recordings are still appearing in the "Scheduled Recordings" 2 days after the recording date, &, of course the recordings did not start. I checked the date & time on th server & it's in sync using NTP. Also, before anyone asks, the recordings WERE scheduled well before their start times!!
I'm not really sure what is wrong here. I can make successful recordings if I pick the program from the EPG, but it appears to fail if it's selected through "Search". Is this a known "feature" as M$ would say?
