If the TV-server is recording a channel and then it's time to record another channel on the same transponder the second recording will start on the same tuner exceeding the CAM channel limit!
Take a look at the tv.log excerp below. The scheduler choose card 22 instead of card 6 which has a higher priority. What happens is that one of the channels are scrambled resulting in an unusable recording.
