Same Error - With MySQL or MSSQL -Not sure if this helps - but i was able to get the Schedules Direct plugin to show up in the setuptv config display once i moved PluginBase.dll out of the TVServer Plugin's directory.  I'm sure this is causing other issues / errors - but perhaps this will help debug - Some sort of conflict between the two.  - Not sure this is a good idea or not but was considering installing the last SVN that worked with both and copying the pluginbase.dll and use that to replace the current SVN's - Is there a special reason why they are in both places? - I'm going to do some testing with running the latest SVN with that pluginbase.dll out of the plugins folder.Removed pluginbase.dll from the plugins folder -
