i would like it if MP simply disabled the windows screen saver and power savings mode while any TV/movie was active, then re-enabled it once this ended. i don't use this computer is a pure HTPC, so it gets annoying when i come out of MP and i have the monitor off power savings disabled because it still turns off during a movie playing in MP.
i don't think it would be that difficult to implement (things like mediaplayer classic already do so), and it would greatly benefit my poor ghetto monitor and power bill!
