    Hi @ all devs,

it seems to bea serious bug.

Every time when I playback a video from hdd and then press stop the screen wents black. It's not freezing. Alt+F4 and all is okay.

I forced this failure with the log collector ( see attached logfiles).

Other skins show the same behaviour.

Can any of the devs confirm?

    Maybe it's a problem of Vista 64?
Polarie and I had installed an identically system this week but he uses XP SP3 and all's fine. Same plugins.Same settings.

Thanks for helping me out. My wife's going nuts when I tell her she has to use the back button and then press stop avoiding a black screen. ;)

    hi flokel,

thanks for your help.... in DVD section I use now PDVD codecs.
But than another failure occured. Navigating was very, very slow and the picture was frozen.

Then I used the inbuilt DVD Navigator ( although otherwise suggested in the configuration) instead of the PDVD navigator and all worked flawlessly and stopping worked also.

If you want, I can log this behaviour .... coz I think alot of people have PDVD installed due to BluRay playback .

    best.

    ieb
