Search by name, artist etc. not working in my tv (1 Viewer)

When I want to add a new program to my scheduler and I click 'search by name' or another search option, I get a search screen where I can enter my search query but I it isn't working. So nothing happens when I do so.

For the record I don't use WebEPG, just the EPG info that comes through by DVB-C tuners.
