Selecting Channel Groups in Guide (1 Viewer)

What is the easiest way to change the channel group on the TV guide with the remote? I get the feeling I'm doing it the hard way (Guide -> Info -> Groups -> Films etc.)

What's the best way to select a different backdrop? Sometimes the first selected backdrop is not great and I'd like to select another.
