Hi,
I am using different filesystem folders to store longplayer and sampler. All my music is tagged quite well and I really like to use database views. However, it's hard to define views that work well for BOTH longplayer and sampler.
So, is there a way to have seperate DBs or views for both kinds of music?
Right no I am filtering album-views by albumartist<>"various artists". However this fails if a sampler really has an albumartist for example the DJ who made the compilation. Plus "albumartist" isn't even a standard ID3v2 field.
Is there some other field that could be used to seperate longplayer from sampler/compilations? I believe iTunes uses a field called "is_compilation" or something like this. But how to check this in music views?
Cheers
