Set top [RGB] -> TV-card[???] (1 Viewer)

Since most set-top-boxes doesn't have s-video out (and therefore gives a black/white screen when using S-video in on the TV-card), and considering the fact that composite suck:

What is the best way to get a good picture from set-top-boxes that dosn't support s-video out?

What do you think about a SCART -> RF converter?

Since Hauppauges composite-connectors are poor (from what I read) this might be an idea? Price about 35 Euro

Ive got Svideo on mine, but Ive also used the RF adapter and tuned it in as a channel. Little point converting SCART to RF if you still only connecting it back in again via RF.
